Paranoid Credits

A core component of The Paranoid Co's Cooperative model is our customer credit program, known as Paranoid Credits.

The concept is familiar. Many retailers offer loyalty programs, and cloud providers such as AWS and Azure provide credits that can be applied in their marketplaces. Paranoid Credits serve a similar purpose, but with a level of transparency that is uncommon within the technology resale and cybersecurity advisory industries.

Transparency Built Into Every Transaction

For every qualifying purchase, customers earn Paranoid Credits that can be applied toward future investments in cybersecurity products and services.

The value of the credit is displayed directly on each quote alongside the customer's current membership tier. This allows customers to clearly understand the value being returned to them through the Cooperative model.

We believe customers should understand how value is created and shared. Rather than treating pricing and margins as a black box, our approach provides visibility into how credits are earned and allocated.

How Credits Are Earned

Customers are assigned to one of three membership tiers based on their lifetime spend with The Paranoid Company. As customers progress through the tiers, they earn an increasing percentage of credits on qualifying purchases.

Each quote includes:

  • The customer's current membership tier

  • The applicable credit percentage

  • The total value of credits earned from the transaction

Using Paranoid Credits

Credits may be redeemed toward future purchases within The Paranoid Co marketplace, including:

  • Security software and technology solutions

  • Professional services

  • Advisory and consulting engagements

  • Other qualifying cybersecurity investments

Customers can use credits when and where they provide the greatest value to their organization.

A Cooperative Approach to Cybersecurity

Traditional reseller models typically retain all transaction margin within the business. The Cooperative model takes a different approach by returning a portion of that value to the customer.

Paranoid Credits help organizations extend cybersecurity budgets, reduce the cost of future initiatives, and create a more transparent relationship between advisor and customer.

It's a simple idea: when customers invest in their security programs, they should share in the value that investment creates.
